HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?

The sooner the better! Our Calendar can fill up quickly during the holidays and from May to October. We do recommend for wedding & special event cakes, 3/6 months prior but as soon as you know let us know. For custom cookie orders, we would recommend 1 month to your event. We might have availability and sometimes do take last-minute orders, there is no harm in asking!

hOW MUCH DO YOUR CAKES COST?

All my cakes are completely custom, so the prices do vary for every cake! Prices vary according to flavours, size, design and overall intricacy of your cake! Feel free to send your ideas to katiemariecakes@gmail.com, and we would be happy to give you a better idea of the price range you would be looking at.

AM I ABLE TO COME IN FOR A TASTING?

Let us eat cake! We offer complimentary tasting to all wedding cake orders and per request for special occasion cakes! You can choose 5 flavours for your tasting from our menu page, and if we don't have a certain flavour that you are dying to have make sure to tell us and we may be able to accommodate!

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes, we do! We highly recommend delivery for tiered wedding cakes and special occasion cakes. The delivery cost depends on the distance and set-up time for your cake or dessert table. We also can deliver outside the greater Vancouver area.

DO YOU OFFER RENTALS?

Yes, we offer rental cake stands and serving sets. At your consultation, we can discuss the additional rental costs and logistics for the rentals! If we don't have what you need, we can direct you to rental companies for your special event!

ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETS & ALLERGIES?

We do accommodate gluten-friendly and vegan cakes in certain flavours, & sugar cookies as well!! Please note that our kitchen is not allergen-free as we use ingredients such as wheat flour and nuts daily.  While we follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures, we cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination will occur. Please contact us if you have any questions.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

After your consultation, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking for your wedding or special occasion cake. 2 weeks before your date we require full payment on all cakes or sweet treats.
